With the opening of Les Halles du Lez, the city's epicureans have gained a friendly and gourmet spot. Hosted by the experts of ex-Willie Carter Sharpe, the event is off the beaten track. Minimalist cocktails, impressive techniques, quality spirits: it's all there!
