L’ANTIROUILLE
This former night bar of the city centre has been given a facelift and has managed to find a new public at the beginning of 2010. Changed into nightclub schedule, it has particularly built on specific and quality techno parties every weekend. Become the rallying point of All-Montpellier electronic underground, it has kept a discrete and friendly atmosphere, with a capacity of 350 people (attention: thus, every weekend, after 2 am, it's often full!) and desk prices aligned with those of bars, not nightclubs. Regularly occupied by the local organisers who organise their parties there, the rates at the entrance remain very affordable. In the week, L'Antirouille regularly makes rock and reggae groups that are quite underground perform. The big guns at the entrance play intimidation a little too much.
