L’APPART'THE
If you think you stop just to enjoy a tea because this terrace of the small streets of the Escutcheon is quite nice, you will be surprised to spend more time there. This tea salon, distributor of Brothers Brothers, has a map to make some restaurants of the city green and the boss has a certain sense of detail. From the cream, through the dressing, everything is made home or in an artisanal way (like beer and ice-milk-milk, poppy, raspberry-hibiscus…). The soft interior with white-grey tones reveals the kitchen open on the first room. For the curious, you can watch the chef's hand-baked pastries (fresh fruit candy on caramel crackers and other treats). The bottom room presents itself as a relaxation area, where club chairs and the ethanol fireplace announce «voluptuous» winters. Faced with photos of Michel Descossy that can be bought by tasting an abundance with apples golden from Vigan. At noon, local charcuterie plates, "pies, fresh fish tartar with vegetables in dressing, nice salad and other dishes await you nicely.
