They are six, passionate about nature and adventure. By creating Soleus, their goal was simple: discover and enhance the cultural and natural heritage of our region. The association offers many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, orienteering and many other things, in a territory extending from the High Garrigues montpelliéraines to the Lozériennes Lozériennes. Excursions are open to everyone, regardless of age and physical level. The little plus: exits are intended for people with disabilities.

Randonnée en famille, "La vallée des Camisards", menée par un guide qui connaît son sujet et nous partage sa passion pour sa région et son histoire. Cette rando combine marche et culture, et ça fait du bien au corps comme à la tête. Même les ados ont adoré. A faire sans hésiter.

Merci à Julien pour une découverte des environs de Mialet, à pied et en VTT. Les randonnées ont été particulièrement agréables grâce à sa grande connaissance de la région, géographique et sociologique. Il a su de plus s'adapter à la condition physique et aux envies de chacun.
