Aurélie took up Valérie's Workshop; it is still a cooking workshop but she reorganised it and attributed it a new name. In addition to catering, the establishment is a training place for food lovers who wish to acquire new knowledge and for groups who have the desire to find a common and friendly activity. Trained among the great Michelin-starred chefs, she strives to pass on her know-how with both educational and exciting sessions around pastry, chocolate, a gastronomic menu, etc. The shop also also has a grocery section and offers take-away catering.
