If you want to be initiated or regularly learn a Japanese martial art, Aïki-Tanren, opened in 2013 through an association law 1901, offers you classes in Aikido. Etymologically, this art means "The Way of Harmony with Life" and "Forging, Disciplining, With Heart", and it is with heart that Gilles and Emmanuelle, certified volunteer professors, will pass on their knowledge. You can choose to take courses in the year, from one to three times a week, or to conduct occasional internships, on a departmental, regional, national or international scale.
