Véronique and Philippe Capon, and their son Arthur, embarked on this entrepreneurial adventure with their family at the end of 2016. Their start-up, incubated in Montpellier, is developing a slimming box system, delivered to your home twice a week, and everywhere in France. Véronique used her cooking skills and experience with diets to prepare small homemade dishes, light but nutritious. Today, surrounded by other chefs with diverse gastronomic influences, she offers a satisfying diet at 1,000 calories/day. A gauge that allows certain deviations and thus makes it possible to maintain over the long term. "Le régime de Véro", which cultivates its family and local side, works mainly in short circuits with local producers. The recipes thus respect the seasons, and contain no preservatives or chemicals. Available by subscription - but without any obligation -, the slimming boxes are available in several formulas: a complete diet menu (breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for six days); lunch and dinner diet meals only; a gluten-free and lactose-free version for intolerant people; as well as a duo offer for two people to lose weight and support themselves.
