Long impossible to escape from this operator, but, with the unbundling of lines, it now seems that many customers benefit to escape. Some people want to see France Télécom as a guarantee of quality and, above all, the opportunity to always find an interlocutor to solve their problems. This would be one of the reasons that would explain the often higher rates of the historical operator. However, for packages including Internet access, telephony and digital TV, France Telecom is aligned with its competitors. Note: service is often more efficient in Orange shops.
