The Institute of Economic and Legal Studies Applied to Construction and Housing (ICH) aims to promote training in the law and real estate sector. It prepares the diploma of legal legal studies of the same level as university graduate diplomas (certificate of establishment), or a Professional License on the techniques of construction of construction operations. One can also pass a DE on legal and economic techniques of real estate. Once the diploma is obtained, you will be in possession of the famous professional card allowing access to the position of real estate agent or administrator of property. This sesame also allows for the continuation of specialized higher studies.
