SUD FORMATION
Attached to the ICC (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) of Montpellier, Sud Formation offers training courses in the field of kitchen open to adults in self-financing or within the framework of an ICF (Individual Training Leave):
CAP Kitchen: for young people aged 16 to 26 with a level of 3 e and adult equivalent - Duration/Dates: 840 hours a day. Start of training: September/October. End of training: June.
Rate of alternation: 1 week in training centre and 2 to 3 weeks in business.
CAP Kitchen in one year for those who have a degree at least or according to experience for adults (will be studied on a case-by-case basis). Duration/Dates: 420 hours a day. Start of training: September. End of training: June. Rate of alternation: 1 week in training centre and 2 to 3 weeks in business.
BP Kitchen: for young people aged 16 to 26 who have a CAP Kitchen, a BEP option kitchen, a level V.Q.P.P. or three years of seniority in the profession (required for adults). Duration/Dates: 840 hours a day. Start of training: September /octobre. End of training: June. Rate of alternation: 1 week in training centre and 2 to 3 weeks in business.
For all these trainings, the place is the same: Sud Training CCIM - 2300, avenue des Moulins 34000 Montpellier. Adults follow training at the same time as young people.
