The Montpellier National Institute for Agronomic higher Studies, more commonly known as Montpellier SupAgro, is the merger of ENSA, CNEARC, ENSIA and CEP CEP. With 1 250 students and 100 teachers/researchers, Sup Agro is the benchmark for higher education in agronomic sciences. In addition to an offer of full training (3 engineering courses, initial training courses, master and doctorate…), characterized by a strong affiliation with the Agropolis International research teams, SupAgro also develops activities for the transfer of technology, the enhancement of knowledge from research, support for innovation and the creation of businesses, the dissemination of scientific and technical culture.
Montpellier SupAgro also contributes to the development of agricultural research and its teachers are present in 22 joint research units and 3 mixed technology units. The establishment is involved in the creation of four Laboratories of Excellence in the region, in particular the Labex Agro, which is registered by the state under the «Investments of the Future» programme.Did you know?
