Created in 1976, the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Montpellier offers targeted training courses for students who will become future architects and planners in our cities. And, to arrive there, the famous sesame corresponding to a Lac + 6 must be obtained: the authorization of the architect of State degree, authorizing the exercise of the master's office in his own name. At the Ensam, each department has its theme: architecture and heritage, architecture and engineering, architecture and technical cultures. The School has, among other things, instituted a policy of partnership with local universities and specialized institutions (including the CAUE, the Order of Architects, the Society of planners) for training courses, particularly on sustainable Development, which has become an essential element of architecture and urban planning.
