La Parcelle 473 is an urban and contemporary art center opened by Parisian gallerist Laurent Rigail, who has completely renovated the former family winery, the last agricultural plot in the heart of Montpellier, to create 300m2 of exhibition space, preserving the concrete vats and old materials. A permanent collection brings together pioneering urban artists and young talents from Montpellier. Tours and street-art workshops are offered to make art accessible. An original place with multiple projects.
