Mo.Co. Panacée, a unique space for artistic expression that engages in an enriching dialogue between different disciplines.

A veritable artists' city, the monument is a place of discovery, expression and playground for creative minds. It engages in an enriching dialogue between different disciplines: the visual arts, writing and digital technology. A first-rate contemporary art center, it joined the MO.CO (Montpellier Contemporain) family in 2016 under the direction of Nicolas Bourriaud. This unprecedented "multi-site" structure, dedicated to contemporary art, brings together La Panacée, the École supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Montpellier and the Hôtel des Collections.

Le Mo.Co.est un espace exceptionnel et un jardin aussi beau que tout ce qui est accroché et montré dans ses nombreuses et vastes salles.
Merci pour cette célébration, un bel hommage à la dimension du réalisateur de ces deux centres d'art contemporain.

The place is free, or at least it was on the weekend I visited it. Great spaces for art exhibitions. The art exhibitions are truly contemporary, a lot of different art genres are presented, paintings, photography, video and audio, nudes, sex content. Truly contemporary, not super large, but large enough to spend around an hour there, plus you can have a coffee, drink, cake etc. and also work on your laptop in the café inside of La Panacée, which is also very nice.
