CLEMENCEAU PARK
Taken up in 2002 by the City of Montpellier, the former park of the police hotel turned into a green space of 1.1 hectares. Born mainly of the will of the residents of the neighborhood, fighting constantly to avoid the arrival of real estate developers, the land being abandoned for over 5 years. They were right about the mayor and this is a park of pine trees, Judeans, micoquliers, palised pegs, with a playground for children. Many picnics are organized, and as soon as a radius of sun filters, the park becomes the high school reel of the Clemenceau school, located right across the street, and the morning of the jogging fans of the neighborhood.
