PARK GEORGES CHARPAK
Urban park crossed by the Lironde river and hosting a beautiful vegetation, nice address for a picnic in Montpellier.
In recent years, the face of the Port Marianne district has undergone many changes. Among them is the Georges Charpak park. Formerly called "Parc Marianne", this 8-hectare urban park, designed by Michel Desvignes, can be seen in the back of the Cloud. Crossed by the Lironde river, it hosts a beautiful vegetation. Bathed in light, it is the playground of many local residents and the ideal setting for a picnic in the city. It is also an oasis of greenery amidst the contemporary architecture of the neighborhood.
