In his bakery, Fabrice Ortholan uses his knowledge of flavours to produce quality products. Inside, there is a nice smell of warm bread and the place is decorated with the desserts of the day, which - depending on the season - are more red, brown or black. Customers who come to buy a baguette will be strongly tempted to buy a dessert but why should they resist? The shop window also displays pastries, sandwiches and salads which are quickly sold at the beginning of the day.

Globalement je trouve que c’est une bonne boulangerie, propre et avec de nombreuses pâtisseries différentes. Niveaux service je trouve que le personnel est très sympathique par contre je trouve qu’il faut vraiment ralentir sur les prix là 4€ la tartelette a la framboise c’est chaud quand même mais bon.Cela dit je trouve viennoiserie et baguette a l’ancienne très bonne là bas. 2 fois que je passe et 2 sans faute. Le pain foccacia est excellent, et un simple panini poulet curry très bon aussi et copieux.
Les pâtisseries elles sont aussi bonnes que belles. Je reviendrai.

Je n’ai pas l’habitude d’aller dans cette pâtisserie, La vendeuse s’est trompé dans le choix du croissant, Malheureusement, pour moi, j’ai pu m’en apercevoir qu’en croquant dedans. Je retourne donc à la boutique en expliquant la situation. Aucun effort n’a été fourni de la part des deux vendeuses. C’est bien dommage pour 11 croissant à un euro d’avoir un client mécontent. Je ne reviendrai plus.
