Mr. Bascou's chocolate shop is a boutique with ancient charm, antique parquet and furniture collected. Upon entry, the barge is guided by its smell to the manufacturing shop at the bottom of the store. This is where Rodolphe and Marie-Laure transform chocolate into more than 100 kg produced daily, in 60 "winter" varieties and 10 kinds of montpelliéraines confectionery at shimmering presentations, in Provençal, red and blue provençale. There are also regional artisanal products such as bouchons, olive or famous Grisettes in Montpellier. Très déçue... Je vais dans cette chocolaterie depuis des années. J'ai offert un ballotin de grand crus les 3/4 sont moisis (Équateur, Pérou, Madagascar etc.).
Bien entendu pas le temps de les ramener et cadeau empoisonné.

Situation absurde: je demande un ballotin et commence à préciser au vendeur les chocolats que je désire prendre. On me dit que je ne peux choisir...que cela prendrait trop de temps. Il a fallu que j'insiste pour pouvoir choisir les chocolats que je voulais acheter. Si vous ne voulez pas laisser le choix au client, préparez de ballotins déjà faits! Ce sera plus clair. Je suis très déçue par le service qui n'a jamais été comme cela auparavant. Je ne suis pas sûre de revenir suite à cela.
