Mr. Bascou's chocolate shop is a boutique with ancient charm, antique parquet and furniture collected. Upon entry, the barge is guided by its smell to the manufacturing shop at the bottom of the store. This is where Rodolphe and Marie-Laure transform chocolate into more than 100 kg produced daily, in 60 "winter" varieties and 10 kinds of montpelliéraines confectionery at shimmering presentations, in Provençal, red and blue provençale.
