Alain moved his studio from Provence to Montpellier, on Rue du Cheval Vert, in the Saint-Denis district. He makes double-hulled, organic and gluten-free macaroons in the purest tradition, i.e. with almond powder. He doesn’t use meringue like Ladurée and others, so here you will find the old-fashioned taste and discover the real macaroon of Provence! Every day they are prepared in front of you, from raw fruits and natural aromas, according to the seasons: raspberry, mojito, ginger, walnuts, violet, blackberry, chestnut cream... Fans will be able to learn about this speciality in their manufacturing workshops.
