To make a living from her passion, creating macaroons... that's the challenge Éléonore set herself 11 years ago when she moved to Montpellier. Her artisanal recipes, based on fresh, carefully selected ingredients, have earned her the prestigious title of Meilleur Macaron de l'Hérault, awarded by the Chambre des Métiers de l'Artisanat de l'Hérault in 2021. Its "French" meringue makes the macaroons extremely soft and delicate. A real delight! Classic and original flavors, Éléonore also makes macaroon "pièces montées".
