Max Ambert comes from Provence and has a passion for candied fruits, which he does not hesitate to use. He also adores chocolate, so he puts some: white, milk, dark chocolate associated with orange or hazelnuts, in mousses, Bavarian cream and ganache. With him, everything is homemade, the manufacturing is resolutely artisanal. You can enjoy the rum babas, chocolate, coffee or vanilla eclairs, multi-fruits tarts, raspberry cream cake, millefeuilles, strawberry, pineapple, passion or coconut cakes. Here, you can also taste homemade ice-creams, iced cakes and, with homemade panettone, some specialties that reflect a taste for the creativity: the "pavé de Montpellier (an orange financier with candied fruits, covered with almond paste) or William caramelized poached pear. As for the bakery, where flour resulting from reasoned culture is prepared, the bread with gilded crust pleasantly perfumes the space and has a good taste and smells, whether it is the "Prestige" baguette, prepared with Label Rouge leavened flour, or wholemeal flour. Unlike the pastries in the city centre, you can easily park in front of Ambert house. An important detail to appreciate all the more this sure value.

Beurk
