Here is still a nice family history. It starts with Urban that settled in the Poles district as a baker baker. His son Raymond, not really a fan of the school, then preferred to indulge in the bowls and deliver the bread of father… In 1953, Raymond and his wife Berthe opened this pastry at its current location. As dogs do not make cats, their sons Didier took part in this family business in the late 1970 s. Accompanied by his wife Céline since 1992, he has taken over and offers a variety of specialties and extraordinary flavours. These include: cakes, chocolates - including the famous Ecussons of Montpellier, white chocolate in the Grand Marnier and crystallized orange -, ice, marshmallows, nougat, macaroons are at the party! The shop is worth a detour, if only for the pleasure of the eyes…
