AGOSTINO RAVESE
Agostino Ravese manufactures its own fresh pasta (ravioli, cannelloni, tagliatelle) for over twenty years, to which it offers to add cheeses, meats and Italian best products from his native land. Pasta, he has already made miles since he has worked in the Laissac halles. But he has not lost the original vision, he had the art, "Everything is made on site and by hand. I have no need for bulky equipment but time" he says. That finally convinced us, if it was not already done by the appetising stall. Always busy, you will certainly see him immersed with two customers, making one of his quality ingredients. The kind of passionate attention of which are born the good things. It is a delight and moreover, his prices are very reasonable.
