A real butcher's and delicatessen as we like them. Here, nothing is chosen at random. Meat is carefully selected and pâté, sausages, terrines and other dishes are made directly on the spot. Everything is fresh and made with respect for the products and the regional producers. In the windows: farm beef, roasts, pork tongue in jelly, black pudding, oxtail terrine... There is also a whole range of gratins, salads and small catering dishes, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal without the worry of preparation.

Bof, bof. Dans son "jus" et pas trop propre. Il y avait des petits morceaux de viande collés à la porte rouge quand j'y suis passée et une forte mauvaise odeur. Je suis allée chez febeo à beaux arts qui me semble mieux en tout point.

J'ai ajouté un "J'aime" au précédent commentaire soulignant un problème d'hygiène. Cela doit être aussi propre à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Un ami vit dans cette résidence...faut voir l'état du sol du couloir (sale et collant, odeur). Effectivement, j'ai déjà vu les plats posés dans l'arrière cour.
NB: la charcuterie est fermée au mois d'Aout. Il y a des notes 5 étoiles "douteuses" de personnes ayant visitées le lieu au mois d'Aout.

Atroce, j'ai visité un appartement dans la résidence où se situe cette boucherie. quel commerce de bouche laisse ses plats (terrine) au sol dans l'arrière cour ? La boucherie utilise le couloir d'entrée pour ses livraisons... le sol du couloir d'entrée est sale et gras.
