Marc Chavel's reputation was built on the quality of his red meat, but also its suppliers. It selects for its customers meat of excellent quality, tender and low fat, of the lambs of Provence, of the birds of Auvergne and of Bourbonnais, of swine from Aveyron. Its charcuterie and catering radius, with good traditional dishes, is worth a visit: dry sausages and home made icing, couscous, paupiettes braisées, pies.
