You know the corkscrew, but do you know Le Tire-Bouteilles? At number 20, boulevard de Strasbourg, Erwan Mascarène has been running a wine cellar since 2010. This singular man took over this wine shop, already well known in the neighbourhood since 1989, perpetuating the cellar's taste for local wines. Some 200 red wines are a tribute to the Languedoc region, combined with a varied and special French wine list, in keeping with the wine merchant's pronounced tastes. The expert also offers beer and Cockorico cocktails.

L'un des meilleurs cavistes de Montpellier, avec une sélection tournante de vins majoritairement régionaux, dont certains cépages difficiles à trouver comme un 100% Bourboulenc ! Le propriétaire est toujours serviable et heureux de répondre aux questions sur les vins et les vignerons.
