David Krutt, manager and co-manager of La Cloche à Fromage in Montpellier since 2011, and awarded by the Guide des fromagers, has settled in the lively Rue Saint-Guilhem, in the heart of Montpellier. Jean Puig handed over to Olivier Tourrette, master refiner in Strasbourg, owner of six cheese shops from Strasbourg to Montpellier via Epernay and it is David Krutt’s turn to excite our taste buds in Montpellier. The name of the shop has changed, as so as its cheese maker, but the spirit has remained intact. He likes this profession, and wants to transmit his know-how. He has a lot of customers in Montpellier who come to create their own cheese platter. Enjoy this nice moment at any time of the day. Take the time to taste and discover cheese products, and even more for the greediest and gourmets. Of course, most cheeses come from small local producers. David naturally likes to highlights the value of the pélardon or the pérail but you can also have the chance to order rare cheeses like the Levejac tome. There are also artisan sheep's milk ice creams, fresh creams, yogurt and even a delicatessen corner.
