FROMAGERIE BOU
Since they started in 2012 this beautiful house of the Halles and its famous cheese bazaar, Delphine and Jean-François Tobarra have retained the name. Probably to mean the same level of demand on quality and refinement to small point, with 300 to 400 varieties that change season season. " des Cévennes, "Petit Fiancé" from the Pyrenees, sheep of Ariège, ricotta of Aveyron presented to the best of their shape betray their little small for cheese from country, sheep and goats. Having said that, the cow holds the bar and ensures the level "level", if only with this county of 43 months of refining (a massacre!) or La (mozzarella of Mozzarella).
