Between ponds and the Mediterranean Sea, the Moulines cellars produce wines that are full of colour and bouquet, combining tradition and modernity. For more than twenty years, the estate has grouped together two wine estates, the Domaine de Moulines (55 hectares of vines) and the Domaine de Figueirasse (55 hectares). These two farmhouses are located on a clayey-limestone soil and benefit from the temperate climate that prevails in the region. The farm produces many grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah, Grenache, Chardonnay, Viognier, Aubun, Carignan, Cinsault, Roussanne and Marsanne. In IGP Pays d'Hérault for the red, pink and white Moulines, and in IGP Sable de Camargue for the red, grey and white Figueirasse.
