Located 15 km north of Béziers, this Languedoc farmhouse is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean vegetation of umbrella pines, strawberry trees, cistus and myrtles. A complete visit includes the different parcels of vines planted with noble grape varieties, the vinification cellar and the barrel ageing cellars. The wines produced on the estate are AOC Coteaux-du-languedoc and each wine corresponds to a vinification method; note a carbonic maceration with old carignans for the magnificent Kermès cuvée. The estate also produces a typical liqueur wine, aged in barrels, the Languedoc cartagena. You will meet Lise Carbonne, winegrower, at the organic market of Béziers on Saturday morning

Expérience vraiment très enrichissante, c'était au-delà de nos attentes. On visite le vignoble, on en apprend sur le métier, on goûte, mais la propriétaire, une passionnée, a le souci de nous en faire apprendre sur l'histoire du site, l'histoire de la région, sur l'environnement et sur les pratiques agricoles durables qui y sont mises en application. Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait que nous pouvions faire la visite avec 3 enfants (qui ont aimé aussi et à qui un délicieux jus de raisins était servi).

Des personnes adorables... Nous avons passé une nuit avec notre fourgon... Jolie boutique et je vous conseille la Carthagène excellente vraiment j'ai retrouvé le goût de l'ancien temps ... Merci nous reviendrons ????
