Since 1675, winegrowers Pierre and Michel Birot have been cultivating a 95-hectare vineyard on clay-limestone soils and producing great wines. The fruit of ancestral know-how combining traditional methods and innovation, these nectars tell the story of a family devoted body and soul to the art of the vine.
