Château Saint-Martin des Champs in Murviel-lès-Béziers continues a winegrowing tradition that goes back almost 350 years. Since 1675, winegrowers Pierre and Michel Birot have been cultivating a 95-hectare vineyard on clay-limestone soils and producing great wines. The fruit of ancestral know-how combining traditional methods and innovation, these nectars tell the story of a family devoted body and soul to the art of the vine. This estate produces wines of character and terroir, bearing witness to the region's rich winegrowing heritage.
