Chef Axel Mauger offers authentic cuisine in a bright, elegant room, playing with different textures, as exemplified by the French duck filet, ratatouille and black garlic jus, or the Linguines with Auvergne blue cheese and Iberian lomo. The dessert, a moelleux with extra bitter dark chocolate infused with tonka bean, is accompanied by island vanilla ice cream. A must-try address!
