SPIRULINE LA CAPITELLE
This artisanal farm is the very first farm specialized in spirulina to have been created in France. It was in 1998. In an isolated site benefiting from exceptional sunshine, far from urban pollution sources, Philippe and Estelle Calamand cultivate spirulina in small quantities, in covered basins, protected from all contamination. The whole site is powered by solar energy. The production of spirulina does not generate any waste or pollution and does not use pesticides or herbicides. A whole protocol for quality.
