Chic restaurant with terrace, a delicious address of fish and shellfish in Palavas.
L'Artimon is a jewel case for fish and shells, it allows you to appreciate them while enjoying a great view and diving on the boats, from its terrace on the port. Like a belvedere, this liner-like restaurant overlooks the landscape and its cuisine extends this effect of height, as does the setting, both chic and elegant, desired by its director. L'Artimon is famous in more than one way, starting of course with its famous bouillabaisse à la marseillaise. But we also come here for a fine cuisine based on exclusively fresh products, most of which come from local fishing, whether it is of course a variation of dishes based on shellfish or fish chosen according to the arrival, from roasted lobster and smoked paprika to turbot, through grilled sole or sea bream or in carpaccio with seaweed salad and yuzu flavour, not forgetting some good meat dishes such as saddle of lamb smoked with thyme, green cabbage with lemon confit and green vegetables.
