Facing the canal that links the ponds to the sea, Mamie Rosé offers a retro family atmosphere with home-cooked dishes based on fresh produce. Each week, the menu changes to reflect local recipes, with a brasserie feel. We start with a few tapas-style starters to share: razor clams, pimientos, mussels au gratin, roast camembert, pan con tomate... Main courses include duck breast, prawns, cuttlefish a la plancha, a seafood platter or entrecôte. A simple, convivial experience.
