LA GRANGE
La Grange is a promise of authenticity, good humour and delicacy. The chef never fails to live up to his reputation as a talented cook and a warm and friendly man. He often welcomes his clients early in the evening, a rare occurrence these days. Then he leaves and does little wonders. So certainly the card does not contain any really very original proposal but they are all made with love and talent. The cooking is perfect and precise, the presentation is well thought out and the portions are ideal to cut hunger without overdoing it. The dishes offered by the address change according to the arrivals and seasonality but here are some examples of delicacies that can be enjoyed at this Palavas table: homemade fish soup, millefeuille of smoked salmon with cod brandade, prawns in parsley, tropical sole fillet with pepper cream, a mix of mussels and stuffed squid... A pleasure at every step.
