La Plage des Lézards, the city's institution, has become over time one of the references in terms of comfort and quality in Palavas. Despite the years and the many changes of the address, the people in charge have managed to keep what made it so charming: friendliness and hospitality. Today, Marine and her son Gautier continue the tradition. In a cosy setting made of wood and white, the restaurant enchants guests with its Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Thierry Marini works the products in a raw way and is content to reveal the flavours of each of them via "natural" dishes: whole fish, fresh squid grilled à la plancha, parillada, marbled knives have built the reputation of the company. In the evening, make way for the lounge bar! Richard, the head bartender, puts the animation with well-struck cocktails. In the shade of the palm trees, you can be seduced by the traditional mojitos or by the new cocktail menu of the place.
