Michèle Larmignat dropped anchor in the port of Palavas in 2017. With her feet in the water, her large restaurant invites gourmets to a moment of delight to the sound of seagulls and boat masts. The chef is inspired by the richness of the country and its coast to create a fresh and very iodized menu. Among the proposals, we were seduced by the mussel gratiné, the scallop risotto, the fish parillada and by the roasted pineapple and its caramel. The pretty view, the setting and the beautiful family atmosphere contribute to the good reputation of the place.
