If the large sandy beaches of Palavas are its main asset, the seaside resort stands out from the neighbouring towns thanks to its good restaurants and authenticity. Recently opened, the Mimosa is a marvellous example of the best that the town has to offer: a location close to the beaches, a smiling and competent team, generous and tasty dishes... It's an instant favourite from the moment you enter! On the terrace or in the nicely decorated dining room, you can indulge in tapas, the young chef's sophisticated cuisine and his cocktails. It is also one of the rare addresses in Palavas that adjusts its background music to the right volume, allowing you to hear the table companions as they happily describe the qualities of their dishes.

Very nice place, good food (moules frites, brochettes, dessert), agreeable service.
Après , une heure d’attente rien…Dommage car la déco est au top. Mais ça ne suffit pas… je ne conseille absolument pas.
Les 2 jeunes serveurs d une gentillesse imparable !
