MEDITERRANEAN LIGHTHOUSE
This lighthouse, located in Palavas-les-Flots, is a vast space featuring a bar, fast food and video animation.
A wart for some, a symbol of the 1940s for others, the water tower of Palavas has fuelled many conversations. And then an idea came to a town councillor: to conserve it, renovate it and transform its upper part into a revolving observatory... and to make it profitable by installing a restaurant that would also move. Success came quickly! Two exterior elevators take visitors to the promenade deck in a matter of seconds. This vast circular space with bar, fast food and video animation offers a 360° panorama.

It is necessary to take €2/person elevator which provides access to the restaurant. do 2 tickets at the same number, on 4€ paid, where go 2€?
St Valentin menu with a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts.
As starter for dessert, everything has been repugnant.
Starter: 2 cracottes burnt with a verrine plastic and only one spoon for 2.
The worst of all the dishes on offer: Spiny duck foie gras soup, beaded barley, cream flavour truffle: The ravioli had the appearance of a jellyfish, foie gras was boiled in too grasse soup, no seasoning, soup spoon de nata solidified all and we are still looking truffle!
The frozen products, no flavour, no texture.
In the kitchen, all was used for the ladle in heated ferries
Our glasses of wine were dirty, traces of lipstick.
The service was long while the menu was pre-established and already defrosted.
We are very disappointed!!!
