THE MOULIN DES LAURES
Go there and contact
If you follow the signs from the centre of the village, you can see the ruins of a red building in the middle of the vineyards. The route continues at the end of a garden, on the right, and continues on a small path lost in the vegetation. It is there, on your left, partly overgrown with brush and trees, that you can contemplate the Laures mill, a vestige of the 12th century. He stopped grinding wheat at the end of the last century but the Hérault continues to be diverted there. Bought in 1986 by a private individual, it can be visited during the European Mill Days (third weekend of May).
