LES ANGUS DE CAMP ROUCH
The very old Camp Rouch farm, mentioned in the 17th century, has just been taken over by two young breeders, Théo Covelli and his companion Maéva Valentin, aged 26 and 24 respectively. Exit the ewes and the milk for Roquefort produced by the previous farmers and give way to an innovative agricultural project, carried out on 210 ha of land: this is an Angus cow farm with, in the long term, the direct sale of the meat, with a very promising quality. At the beginning of the year, their herd of cows consisted of eleven cows and a bull, which live outdoors all year round on the Larzac plateau.
