Younger sister of the famous hotel-restaurant La Grande-Motte, La Prose is the headquarters of traders in the business area, which extends between Lattes and Pérols. Once inside, the atmosphere is a bit "trendy" but the smiling and spontaneous welcome quickly make you feel at ease. Depending on the number of guests, you settle around a classic or high table perched in a warm setting where wood and warm colours dominate. On the menu, there are ten typical brasserie-style dishes such as an excellent grilled beef piece or cuttlefish à la plancha accompanied with small vegetables and large golden french fries. Lovers of Italian specialities can also opt for tempting pasta and pizzas.
On the slate of the day, the chef tries to prepare inspired by the regions of France which unfortunately show a little less regular… At lunchtime, La Prose remains the best address of the surroundings.
