The idea of seven producers in 2015 of a friendly space offering the widest possible range of wines and agri-food products Sud de France had seduced the Region and had earned them a beautiful dedicated space on the ground floor of Maison Sud de France. It is today on more than 920 m² on the ground floor of Maison Sud de France, through Les Halles Gourmandes, catering facilities and a space for the regional producers. The whole is rather warm, with this large central bar, around which a delicatessen, a wine cellar, a space of know-how and a restaurant are arranged. The 7 producers of Languedoc and Roussillon thus gathered within the company "Fou de Sud" are not the least, with Xavier Danjou for Confiserie du Tech, Ivan Borel for Les Maisons de Producteurs, Didier Barral for Oulivie, Christian Paré for Maison Paré, Serge Mas for the SICA du Caroux, Frédéric Jeanjean for Jeanjean-Groupe Advini, Florent Tarbouriech for Médithau. And their bet is rather successful with this emblematic showcase of the regional production (fruit and vegetables, olive products, sweet and savoury grocery, seafood products).
