Seasonal address of the historical centre of Pézenas, it reveals its unique decor during the beautiful days, from spring to autumn. Composed of a pretty tapas patio, it is above all its interior spaces that make an impression since both levels are open-air. In this unusual setting, guests discover a traditional, Mediterranean, exotic and creative cuisine, made with fresh produce from local activities. Although the menu changes regularly, the flavours are richly varied and follow the rhythm of the seasons. The whole is quite harmonious, fine, colourful and a bit expensive. A romantic place to be.

I loved the entree, but the main (saucisse maison) was not cooked enough, and my companion didn't like the gristle
