Tasteful trip and excellent galettes and crêpes in a restaurant in Pézenas.

Wacky lair with the false airs of a curiosity cabinet, unbelievable bric-a-brac, overflowing with retro decoration and nods to childhood. A unique place, as atypical as its colourful young boss, the real surprise is in the plate, the glass or even the cup. Graduated from the School of Master Pancake Maker, her wheat pancakes and 100% buckwheat pancakes, made with local and organic flours, with new and unusual flavours, will take your taste buds on a real culinary journey, the end of Italy where you can enjoy an espresso perfecto or a cappuccino with drawn milk foam prepared by Julie, who is now also a "Barista" (coffee sommelier). Ready for departure!
