Restaurant offering original dishes and a variety of platters
Chez Paul is an unmissable bistronomic restaurant. The welcome is warm, the setting charming and the cuisine delicious. Original dishes are served alongside platters to share. Start with a cocktail, then indulge in a veal tartare with smoked haddock cream and clams. We continue with a delicious filet mignon cooked at a low temperature, accompanied by a millefeuille of potatoes in duck fat with fig and pak choï sauce, or delicious croquetas with guanciale. Delicious!
