LE TEMPS DES CERISES
What a pleasure to find Marguerite that we had known at the Old Coq in Pézenas. It's on the pedestrian side of Conti Street, a small terrace where the regulars sit at the moment of aperitif next to its paintings adorning walls. The midday formula allows to eat and good account, in tempura of shrimp or goose rillets and then tendrons of veal and boudin to both apples, the slate is not en stays and extolling suggestions such as mackerel rillets, rust rust melting on wish or playground orange pork and a small house dessert to finish. It's a traditional home cooking made with fresh and seasonal produce, all accompanied by regional wines like this Genius red of the Domaine le Fesq in AOP Pézenas!
