LE BROC
At the corner, opposite the square of the Fronton, it is impossible to miss the hotel, a bar-restaurant that was recently taken over by Isabelle and Olivier. They offer brasserie suggestions in the room or on the terrace: eggs of roomy liver, bull of bull and creamy cheesecake, green lemon and raspberry coulis. But as tartare as the knife, the fish of the day to the plancha and delicious desserts, Olivier is also pastry (cakes blue cordon) and this is felt. The whole accompanied by an original wine list, such as the Negly terraces in red, rosé or white or this good merlot of the Molière cellars. This new address really has excellent value for money, where everything is made home. Note the theme evenings will animate the place in the upper room where you can enjoy cocktails, rum, whiskies and exceptional vodka.
